New England Weavers' Seminar: Housing and Meals Registration

Dormitory housing for men or couples is available.  You will be contacted by email after registering for housing to ask about your preferences.

Worcester State University offers comfortable on-campus housing in air-conditioned, three or four bedroom suites or individual rooms arranged in pairs with a common three-part bath (separate toilet room, shower room, and double sink area).   Linens (pillow, sheets, blanket, and fresh towels) will be provided.  All rooms are accessible by elevator.  Please let us know if you have specific needs for wheelchair access or service animal accommodations. Housing is $45 per night.

Because the housing is arranged in suites or pairs, you will be contacted after registering to ask if you have preferred suitemates. The Housing Coordinator will make every effort to meet your request.

Dorm accommodations will be available beginning Tuesday evening for volunteers working on Wednesday.  Those who need to be on campus Thursday morning for the Beginning Weaving class, the tour, or volunteer activities can use the dorms beginning Wednesday evening.

There are a limited number of dorm rooms available for the conference.  If you plan on staying in the dorm, please reserve early to guarantee your spot.

On-campus housing must be reserved by 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 2, 2023.  You will not be able to obtain a room at the on-site registration desk.

We don’t have any products to show here right now.
